Since the beginning of humanity, food has been a point of reference for generations, therefore, we are proud to prepare and bring you symbolic recipes from Bolivia.
A Salteña is a blend of flavors originated by the Moors during the Spanish conquest of the 8th century, which evolved into the border region of Argentina and Bolivia. With the evolution this unique and complex empanada was created.

Ubis purpose is to give each customer the ability to experience what the true umami taste is in one bite.
