We’re in the business of making people feel special. In everything we do, we have to ask ourselves if we’re putting the Guest first and making sure they’ll come back for more.

ORDERING

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

At this moment we ship our pastries only within our locations in the State of Florida. We serve Broward county, Miami Dade county and Palm Beach County. We currently do not ship out of the state nor country, but we can make exceptions for larger orders in other counties in Florida if you contact us directly via any of our contact methods.

CAN I PLACE A PICKUP ORDER FOR BAKE AT HOME PRODUCTS?

Our Bake at Home products are available for pick up at any of our locations. All orders can be baked or frozen so you can enjoy them freshly baked at home.

IS THERE A MINIMUM/MAXIMUM ORDER? CAN I JUST ORDER ONE ITEM?

We have a minimum order of $20, and you can order as many items as you desire.

CAN I ARRANGE FOR ONE ORDER TO BE SPLIT AND DELIVERED TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?

We do not offer the option to split an order, but you can order to multiple addresses using any of our delivery partners, such as uber eats, doordash ,Grubhub or ordering directly from our website.

CAN I MIX AND MATCH MY ORDER?

Yes, you can mix and match any order, or you can select any of our mixed combos.

CAN I ADD OR REMOVE AN ITEM FROM MY ORDER THAT I PLACED?

After an order has been processed, we are unable to add or remove any item for the order. You can cancel an order only before it has been accepted by any of our kitchens, and a full refund will take place. If the order has been accepted you can not cancel nor change the order, and we do not accept refunds.

If you order using any of our delivery partners, you may be able to cancel or change an order under their policies.

WHERE IS MY ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL?

If you did not receive it shortly after placing your order, the confirmation email may have ended up in your spam folder, or there may have been a typo in the email address that was provided to us. Please let us know if you do not see your confirmation email and we can resend it to you!

PAYMENT

DO YOU ACCEPT PAYPAL OR APPLE PAY?

Yes we accept PayPal or Apple Pay at all of our locations.

WHY WAS I CHARGED MULTIPLE TIMES WHEN I ONLY PLACED ONE ORDER?

Sometimes, additional pending charges will appear if there was a glitch processing your payment information. Please allow 3-5 business days for the pending charges to drop off from your account.

WHY IS MY PAYMENT INFORMATION NOT GOING THROUGH?

There may be a few reasons why this is occurring. The billing address provided may be incorrect or the card you are using may not be compatible with our system. We unfortunately cannot accept cards issued outside of the US. Please wait 24 hours before trying to place your order again if you are having issues with the billing address.

DELIVERY

DO YOU OFFER HOME DELIVERY?

Yes, we do. We offer delivery through Uber eats, Grubhub and Doordash.

HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY?

All delivery fees are available to you at the moment of purchase, you can also see the details of delivery through the apps of our delivery partners.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?

Orders typically take 15 to 20 to be baked and ready to deliver, so you can expect your order to be delivered in 20 to 30 depending on the location.

WHAT DAYS CAN YOU DELIVER?

We offer deliveries from Tuesdays to Fridays.

HOW DO YOU PACK THE PRODUCTS?

 You can expect your Pastries to arrive in a beautiful designed Ubi’s box, with labels and instructions for you to share with your loved ones.

WHO DO YOU deliver WITH?

We partner with Uber eats, Doordash and Grubhub to provide the best delivery service possible.

CAN I CHOOSE A DELIVERY TIME/WHAT TIME WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

We unfortunately cannot specify for deliveries, but our delivery partners will always provide you with an approximate time for every order.

WHY WAS MY PACKAGE NOT DELIVERED TO MY FRONT DOOR?

Our shipping partners may deliver your package to a mailroom or front office if you live in a residential community. They may also limit their contact with some surfaces for safety reasons due to the current circumstances and may deliver your package at a gate or garage. It’s best to keep an eye on your tracking information to know when your package is delivered. 

We are not responsible for the quality or condition of any packages that are delayed due to the package not being safely stored in time after it has been delivered.

WHY DID MY ORDER GET DELAYED?

Unfortunately, our shipping partners may have run into an issue while trying to deliver your order and are now unable to deliver on time. Please connect with us at order@ubisbakery.com and click here to see our customer commitment policy and we will assist you as soon as possible.

WHAT DO I DO IF THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH MY DELIVERED PACKAGE?

BAKING AND STORAGE

HOW DO I CARE/STORE FOR MY PASTRIES?

Once your package arrives, you can eat them immediately, but if you want to save your goodies for later you can place them in the fridge for up to 3 to 5 days, and up to 30 days in the freezer.

HOW LONG CAN MY PASTRIES/CAKES BE ENJOYED FOR?

Approximately 3-5 days if kept in the fridge, and up to 30 days in the freezer.
